  Massively unimpressed. I called Rolfe’s as I had a problem with my boiler - no hot water. The engineer turned up, stayed around for no more than 5 minutes, and left saying he didn’t know what the problem was and that he’d do some ‘research’ and come back to me. I never heard from him again. I then had to call another company (Gas Works) who actually came and diagnosed the (very simple) problem. Terrible service. If Google would allow it - I wouldn’t award them any stars at all. One is too many!
